All Universities have student support departments and staff who can help you.
Universities welcome applications from young people with disabilities/dyslexia.
A grant is available from your local education authority, which you do not have to pay back, to help pay for any support you might need.
More students with disabilities/dyslexia than ever are studying in HE so what's stopping you?

They can offer:

Adaptation of course materials into Braille / large print / tape
British Sign Language interpretation
Provision of communication support workers
Notetakers in lectures/tutorials
Assessment of specific equipment and software needs
Individual and/or small group tuition for students with specific learning difficulties
To work with academic departments to ensure that your additional needs are taken into account
To organise adapted accommodation to meet individual needs
Support to meet personal care needs
Ongoing support for students with mental health difficulties
