A fantastic opportunity to work as a business and services support apprentice for an outsourced services provider which provides administrative and telephone services to client organisations.

Your key responsibilities and tasks will include:
Database Management:
-Using Excel to segment database
-Call existing customers for feedback
-Call database contacts to check and update details held
-Ensure all database contacts have email addresses
Event Confirmation
-Call database contacts to gain information and interest around key products and services
Competitor Monitoring
-Online research into current communication, deals and events going on in the industry
Email Marketing Reporting
-Provide a summary of campaigns on a monthly basis

The successful candidate will work towards an NVQ qualification.

Qualifications/skills required for the job:
GCSE in English and Maths (or equivalent) or good basic written and spoken communication skills.
No prior experience is necessary.
The ideal candidate should be reliable, enthusiastic, willing to work hard and be smartly presented. You should be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.

Hours/days of work: 16 hours per week
Tuesday and Wednesday 9.00am to 5.00pm
